Who We Are
Mission
The U.S. Association of Rugby League (USARL) is the national governing body for Rugby League in America. Our mission is to provide a strong, sustainable framework that develops the game at every level—from grassroots participation to elite international competition.
We serve players, coaches, referees, clubs, and fans by ensuring the game is administered with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Vision
To establish Rugby League as a leading sport in the United States, recognized for its speed, toughness, and inclusivity. USARL builds pathways for men and women to play, coach, referee, and represent the U.S. on the world stage.

USARL is guided by a board of directors and committees who oversee strategy, competition, and development. Our governance model emphasizes:
Transparency in decision-making
Equity in access and opportunity
Sustainability in financial and organizational growth
Excellence in high-performance programs
