In accordance with Article IV, Section 4.7(a) of the Constitution of the United States Association of Rugby League (USARL), formal notice is hereby given of the 2026 USARL Board of Directors Election, to be conducted in conjuction with the USARL Annual General Meeting (AGM)
 

Annual General Meeting:

• Date: 17 January 2026

• Time: 10:00am Pacific Time

• Invitations will be provided to members and eligible observers

Key Dates:

• Nominations Open: December 16, 2025
• Nominations Close: January 6, 2026
• Election Results Announced: January 17, 2026, at the USARL AGM

Who Can Nominate:

• All confirmed Club Full Members and Club Affiliate Members in good standing.

Who Can Vote:

• Only Club Full Members in good standing will receive voting papers once nominees are confirmed.
   

Eligible clubs have been notified of their status directly with full nomination and voting details.
