Outback continues sponsorship with Jacksonville Axemen for 2011

Outback Steakhouse has signed on for their sixth season as the sponsor for the Axemen Man of the Match (MVP) award making them one of the longest partnerships with the team. They will also feature as a prize sponsor for the half-time raffle at each home game

Outback Steakhouse has continued their partnership with the Jacksonville Axemen by naming the Man of the Match (MVP) Award that is given to the best Axemen player during each game. The partnership rewards the winner with dinner for 2 at Outback Steakhouse and has become one of the most popular benefits with the players.

The Axemen fans are also included in the deal as well, with Outback Steakhouse Gift Certificates being part of the prizes that are on offer during the half-time raffle that is held at each home game. "The gift certificate for Outback is always one of the most popular prizes during the raffle", said Drew Slover. "When fans are getting their raffle tickets they are often heard commenting on their hope of winning the Outback prize. It is certainly a highlight item on the list of prizes."

The Axemen and Axe Maidens will also be having a "Night in the Outback" during the season and inviting all their fans to join them for the evening. There will also be some special offers given out during some of the Axemen games for special deals and items are Jacksonville area Outback Steakhouses.
